Pet Policy

$35 pet rent per apartment. $300 refundable pet deposit per apartment. Maximum of 2 pets allowed per apartment. A weight limit of 50 lbs is enforced if 2 dogs are present.

Parking

  • One vehicle per apartment. A parking permit is required.
  • Trailers, boats, and other recreational vehicles are not permitted on-site.
  • The Applebee’s parking lot is available to residents overnight from 8:00 PM – 11:00 AM.
  • Guest parking is not available on-site. Guests must park off-site.

Residents with more than one vehicle are encouraged to park across the street at the Durango Transit Center. Overnight parking is free from 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM, as well as on weekends and holidays. Daytime parking permits are available for purchase through the Transit Center.
